You have the opportunity to join an exclusive cycling event in 2018, Ride 400, the chance to ride the Olympic Velodrome and hear from a gold medallist… the inside story of the Olympic medal machine that is GB Cycling. Your experience lasts 3.5 hours with all equipment provided, you get an intensive training session under the guidance of the expert coaches and the 75 minute track session culminates in a flying lap. Your 250 metre dash for glory generates; your name on the Olympic scoreboard, medals for your session, and individual and team prizes in national industry leader boards. The session culminates in a buffet and Q and A with the host Medal Winner. Everyone goes home with exclusive Ride 400 medals and signed photos and memorabilia from the host Athlete plus professional photos to give you an awesome social media timeline. If you have ridden the track previously, more advanced pursuit sessions will be available subject to demand.

Athlete is subject to availability but will be drawn from Phillip Hindes, Ed Clancy, Stephen Burke, Dani King and Elinor Barker amongst others. You will have a range of afternoon midweek dates in 2018 to choose from starting with February 22nd or March 28th 2018

This fun experience is the unique opportunity for you or a sports’  mad loved one to row alongside a GB Olympian, past, present and no doubt future. Meet at a boat club in Henley where you will be welcomed by the attending GB Gold Medallist, who through anecdotes on their career and your chance to ask questions will introduce you to life as an elite rower and a glimpse to what it takes to win Olympic Gold. The other GB Rowers will then provide initial coaching on the rowing machines where advice on techniques will be given. Then to the boat shed where the boat familiarisation will take place. Quadruple sculls will take to the water complete with Olympian in each boat and each boat crew will have short training sessions on the water. We will endeavour to mix and match the crews and Olympians.  Additional guests are welcome to watch proceedings throughout the day and to attend the Q and A and photo session with the Olympians AND Gold Medallist.

Previous Gold Medallists have included; Andy Triggs Hodge, Alex Gregory, Matt Gottrel, Matt Langridge and Sophie Hoskings. The rowing Olympians will be drawn from: Alan Campbell, Steve Rowbotham, James Foad, Polly Swann, Tom Solesbury, Sam Townsend, Natasha Page, Jess Eddie and Vicky Thornley. The experiences are delivered on your choice from a selection of Sundays in May, September and October 2018.


One of our gold medal winning Slalom Canoeists TIM BAILLIE, ETIENNE STOTT or JOE CLARKE will be your host for this unique event. This is the awesome thrill-seeking opportunity to go white water rafting down the Olympic Course at Lee Valley; the scene of the 2012 medal rush for the GB Canoeists. The day starts with an insight from one of the GB Athletes on their medal success, you also get to pose for photos that are printed and signed for a unique souvenir. Then we had you over to your guides. After safety briefing and swimming practice; throughout the afternoon you will have another 80 minutes of exhilarating rafting fun.

You will go through a variety of runs on the course, including three fast runs, one timed for possible medal glory. Other runs involve other aspects of rafting on rapid waters, leaving you with an experience that provides a great work out. This is proving to be an ideal afternoon for team building and adrenaline junkies alike, you also get to meet an Olympic champion. You will be joined on one of your runs down the course by the GB Athlete.  All winners must be confident swimmers, over 14 years of age and under 18 stone. Additional guests are welcome to watch. The experiences are delivered on your choice from a selection of Fridays in May, June and September 2018 commencing with 16th May and 15th June.
