Kids For Kids - Long Term Help Needs Long Term Support!

By becoming a Friend you will make a real difference by ensuring the sustainability of our projects, and you will also enable us to keep in regular touch with you! It is very difficult for a charity to plan ahead unless it knows what money it can spend.

The Trustees aim to spend as much as possible directly on the projects, keeping back only what is essential to keep the charity working and to cover its commitments. With the help of our Friends, we are able to look to the future and make an even bigger contribution to children's welfare in Darfur.

As a Friend you can either donate annually (minimum of £25) or pay monthly.
You will receive:

.	Regular newsletters and email updates on our progress
.	Invitations to all our promotional events including special events such as our Presentation to the House of Commons and our annual Christmas Concert
.	A chance to give us your suggestions, ideas and feedback
.	An opportunity to play a more active role in the charity
.	A Friends only Annual Party where you will meet other Friends with a similar vision

PATRICIA PARKER & FRIENDS ARE HAPPY TO VISIT GROUPS TO TALK ABOUT KIDS FOR KIDS HELP TO FAMILIES, AND TO GIVE POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS OF PICTURES PATRICIA TAKES HERSELF ON HER MANY VISITS TO SUDAN.

SUPPORT IN AMERICA

Beth heads a small team of volunteers who are happy to come and make Presentations to raise awareness and funds to help children in remote villages in Darfur. During recent tours of the States we were sad to find that virtually noone was aware that there was anyone at all living anywhere other than in the vast refugee camps - yet there are countless families in desperate need.If you are organising an event in America to help children who this year face the worst drought for years please let Beth know. She will send you information, Gift Lists and photographs.

We also have a film with rare footage of village life, narrated by the well known British actress, Joanna Lumley, star of 'Absolutely Fabulous.'
