CONFIDENTIALITY
It is our policy not to divulge any names to any one other than for our own use. All names given to us are confidential, nor will we put any of the recipients of your gifts and donations on our database. If you have donated to us we need to record your details for our end of year accounts, and thus your name and address will be added to our database. This will never be sold, given or divulged to any other organisation. We endeavour to provide up to date information to those on our database twice a year. We are grateful to volunteers who enable us to do this. Without their help it would not be possible to do so cost effectively. From time to time we also email supporters with the latest news.

If you do not wish us to mail to you please state this clearly.

MAILINGS
Our aim is to keep our overheads as low as possible in order to spend the maximum on the projects. However, we know you want news of us and aim to be in touch twice yearly. If you are near areas where we are hosting a KIDS FOR KIDS Event, then you may have received an invitation in addition to the two main mailings. If you would like more regular news, do please let us know, or you may like to consider becoming a Friend which will enable you to not only meet like minded people, but to also take a more active part in Kids for Kids, if you wish!

EMAIL NEWS & Request for volunteer help!
We email to supporters when there is news, but do our best not to overburden your server. Please let us know if you do not wish to hear from us in this way. We would also be grateful if you would let us know if you have any comments - or indeed would be willing to help us! Volunteers are welcome anywhere in the world! We need help to spread awareness of what we are doing and without you, this is impossible!

FUNDRAISING STANDARDS BOARD

We are members of the Fundraising Standards Board, the official organisation which oversees the standards adhered to by non governmental organisations (charities registered in the UK). As such we adhere to a complaints procedure. Details are available to download.
